At Toybox Early Learning, we’re a family-owned and operated boutique group with centres in North Sydney and Mascot. We pride ourselves on creating nurturing, joyful spaces where children, families, and educators all feel part of a connected community. We create a village for little ones where they are safe, seen and loved.

Opportunities Available

Our centres are growing as more families catch on to the Toybox experience and we are pleased to open our doors to fantastic new team members. We currently have openings across both centres for:

Certificate III Educators

Diploma-qualified Educators

Room Leaders

Educational Leaders (separate pay structure applies)

Both permanent and casual positions are available for the right candidates.

About You

To thrive at Toybox, you’ll have:

A positive attitude towards teamwork and supporting others

A genuine love for early childhood development and children’s learning

The ability to spark meaningful conversations (because “why?” is the start of the best ones!)

A nurturing presence with children and families

Strong knowledge of childcare regulations, safety and compliance

Proficiency in written and spoken English

Ideally, unrestricted working rights in Australia (ideally not limited to 24 hours during tertiary semester)
