About the Role

As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the delivery of fit-out and refurbishment projects from concept to completion—on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end project delivery

Prepare and manage project budgets and programs

Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the fit-out and/or refurbishment industry

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong commercial and contractual understanding

A proactive and solutions-focused mindset

Relevant qualifications in construction or project management
