About the Role

You play a key role in delivering proactive HR support across MannaCare. This is a diverse role that spans the full employee lifecycle and makes a real impact on our workforce, volunteers and students.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading recruitment across residential, community and corporate services.
• Coordinating volunteer engagement and student placement programs.
• Maintaining accurate employee and HR records to ensure compliance.
• Supporting onboarding, probation, offboarding and termination processes.
• Coordinating training and development, including mandatory training, annual performance reviews and training needs analysis.
• Partnering with managers on workforce planning, culture and organisational improvement projects.

About You

We are looking for a proactive HR professional who enjoys variety and working with people at all levels. You will bring:

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or related discipline is desirable.
• Demonstrated experience across recruitment, HR administration and learning & development.
• Experience working with volunteers and/or student placement programs.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements in aged care or not-for-profit settings.
• Proficiency in HRIS (ELMO or similar platforms), LMS and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to partner with managers.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening.
