Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity available for a talented Centre Manager to join our growing, family-run childcare business in Perth. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Centre Manager to lead a talented team of educators. You'll be a visionary leader, empowered to cultivate a vibrant and enriching environment for children, families, and our dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspirational Leadership: Mentor and empower our team of educators, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day centre operations, ensuring unwavering compliance and efficiency.
Curriculum Innovation: Champion engaging, developmentally appropriate programs that spark children's curiosity and learning.
Community Engagement: Forge strong partnerships with families and the local community, fostering open communication and support.
Team Development: Recruit, train, and nurture staff, reinforcing our positive and supportive work culture.
Quality Champion: Uphold the highest standards of quality and safety in all aspects of centre operations.
About You: A Leader with Passion and Purpose

Essential Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education.
Proven experience as a Centre Manager (ideally 2+ years).
Deep passion for early childhood education and a commitment to high-quality care.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Xplor, MyWaitlist, Storypark, and Microsoft Suite.
