What You’ll Be Doing

Lead the charge on paid acquisition through Meta, Google, and other channels.

Build and optimise campaigns that drive revenue, growth, and customer loyalty.

Expand into affiliate platforms, competitions, and partnerships that reach new audiences.

Manage budgets like it’s your own business — every dollar working hard for ROI.

Create ad assets to deliver scroll-stopping, conversion-driving ad campaigns.

Test, learn, optimise — then test again — to scale what works.

Report on performance and insights that keep the wider team energised and informed.

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years’ experience in paid media, especially Meta and Google Ads.

Track record of growing revenue and acquisition through paid campaigns.

Bonus points for experience with affiliate marketing.

Strong analytical skills — you thrive on data and insights.

A growth mindset — always testing, refining, and chasing what’s next.

Experience in fashion is a plus.

Must have experience growing and sclaing eCommerce brands.
