8 LIMBS Gym is looking for a new Front of House Receptionist to join our superstar team!

8 LIMBS is a premium, boutique class based gym that offer 2 disciplines: Muay Thai and Boxing

Located in the heart of Bondi Junction our gym attracts highly passionate and motivated members and staff looking to get results and train hard in a state of the art facility

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our team and run the front desk

Reception Hours:
Mon to Friday 6-11am + 3:30-8:30pm
Saturday: 7am-12 midday

approx 15/20 hours available per week with possibility to increase

*Immediate start

The role includes:

Booking members into class

Showing new members and students around the gym

Replying to emails

Answering phone calls

Processing payments

Balancing the till

Helping to keep the gym neat and tidy

General Admin

Calling existing members as part of our community nurture program

Helping build and maintain an awesome gym culture

Membership sales

Experience/skills:

Must have experience in basic admin skills and at least 6 months of reception or customer service experience

Experience using Mindbody Online software is a huge bonus
