The Role

Arena Hotel is seeking a Front Office Receptionist to join its dedicated and enthisiastic team to meet our goal of engaing and connecting with our guests.

The position is a hands on role involving all aspects of front office reception, duties will include but not limited to:

Providing a friendly, personlized, & great customer service either in person, by email, or over the phone

Ensure a smooth operation of checking-in guests or checking-out guest

Attend and resolve any guests inquires or problems

Keeping the reception area well presentable

A successful applicat will be able to demonstrate:

Strong skills in promoting and selling accommodation services

Strong skills in verbal and written communication

Strong skills in time managemnet

A strong sense of professionalism & responsibilty

A good standard of personal presentation

Demonstrates strong computer literacy skills

Experience and knowledge of common Reservation Systems such as roomMaster (InnQuest) and/ or SiteMinder will be highly regarded, but not necessary (training provided).

Must be available to work shifts, nights, weekends, and public holiday.
