Mayday Recruitment is proud to partner with a leader in the financial services industry to recruit an experienced Corporate Receptionist on a temporary basis for their corporate office in the Sydney CBD.
Be the professional face of one of Australia’s most prestigious Financial Services Firms. This role would suit a polished professional who thrives on creating outstanding first impressions and delivering flawless service to high-profile clients.

- Monday – Friday, full time hours
- Working hours of 8am-5pm or 9am – 6pm
- $38 p/h + super
- Work with an established financial services firm
- Work with an experienced team and report to the Facilities Manager
- Fast paced and varied role supporting internal employees and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front of house role – welcome clients to the office, issue access cards and set them up for meetings with internal stakeholders.
- Assist with mail deliveries, couriers and access cards.
- Arrange and organise catering for internal lunches and events.
- Organise and book meeting rooms for corporate meetings.
- Triage phone calls and emails, ensuring they are sent to the correct department.
- Be the “go-to” in the office for any ad-hoc administrative support.
