Padstow Bowling Club is growing its team and are on the hunt for our next Duty Manager to join our leadership team! As a Duty Manager, you will be the go-to person for staff and customers, overseeing a dynamic and customer-focused environment. This is a casual role with the opportunity to work up to 38 hours for the right candidate.

What you'll be doing:

Supervising and supporting the hospitality team in delivering exceptional customer service

Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise

Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations

Assisting with roster management and coordinating staff breaks

Reporting on daily operations and identifying opportunities for improvement

Ensuring the club is presented in a professional manner at all times

What we're looking for:

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within the club industry

Excellent customer service orientation with the ability to lead and motivate a team

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Current RSA, ARCG and AML/CTF certifications.

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends

Experience with Senpos, TAB, Keno and EGM's preferred.
