We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail oriented Administration Officer to join our team. In this diverse role, you will be the backbone of our day-to-day operations – managing communications, supporting our inspection team, and ensuring a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Inbox Management: Monitor and respond to incoming emails, allocate tasks, and ensure timely follow-up.

Inbound Calls: Handle customer and client phone enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.

Coordinate Site Inspections: Schedule and liaise with tenants, landlords, and property managers to arrange property access.

Administrative Support: Perform general admin tasks, including data entry, file management, document preparation, and CRM updates.

Ad Hoc Duties: Provide flexible support across the business as needed.

Liaise with Internal Teams: Work closely with our inspectors, report writers, and customer service teams to ensure smooth workflows.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in administration or office support. Experience in the real estate/property industry is a bonus.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Highly organised with great attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

Confident using Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems. CRM experience is a plus.
