What You’ll Do

Coach business owners 1:1 to help them hire, grow, optimise, and scale

Run group coaching sessions that build connection and momentum

Create and refine growth strategies across marketing, team, systems, and operations

Guide clients through hiring, delegation, and leadership transitions

Understand financials — from cash flow to profitability levers

Track client progress, shift gears when needed, and celebrate wins along the way

Who You Are

An experienced business coach or strategic operator (bonus if you’ve worked with trades, construction, or service businesses)

Sharp, honest, and deeply invested in helping clients succeed

Confident in developing growth strategies — and holding people accountable to them

Comfortable talking financials and business performance

A great communicator who can lead both individuals and groups
