Tradies Success Academy is a SaaS-powered education and coaching business helping 6,000+ trade business owners grow profitably, lead high-performing teams, and build more freedom into their lives. We’re expanding our coaching team and looking for an Accounting Coach to help members turn financial confusion into confident, data-driven decisions.

You’ll coach trade business owners across Australia via 1:1s, small groups, Masterclasses and practical tools. This is a high-impact role in a tight-knit, purpose-driven team where results matter more than hours.

What you’ll be doing

Coaching members 1:1 and in small groups to build financial capability and better decision-making.

Creating practical tools and templates (e.g. pricing & costing calculators, cashflow trackers, dashboard/report packs) members can use immediately.

Co-delivering high-value Masterclasses and contributing to scalable learning content.

Collaborating with fellow coaches and our content/delivery team to share insights and lift member outcomes.

Supporting live member events and online workshops.

Engaging in our app community to answer questions and point members to the right tools and learning.

You will help members with:

Cashflow

Pricing & Costing calculators

Navigating payment terms

Reading financial reports

Processes & systems

Debt management

Managing and increasing profit

Cost of hiring

Billable hours

Impact of efficiency

Customising reports

Accounting software

We’re on the lookout for people with:

Accounting/finance credentials: CA/CPA or equivalent tertiary qualifications. Strong grounding in management accounting.

Coaching capability: simplify complexity, meet people where they’re at, and turn insight into action.

Tech comfort: cloud accounting, spreadsheets, and learning new tools quickly.

The practical bits

Employment type: Permanent full-time or part-time (0.6–1.0 FTE).

Location: Remote across Australia, with monthly travel to our Byron Bay office (at your expense). Some additional in-person event days apply.

Work rights: You must have Australian working rights.
