
Timetable Administrator

As the first point of contact for all things timetabling, you'll play a key role in ensuring enquiries are managed with efficiency, professionalism and a strong customer service focus. From overseeing all Timetables across multiple campus and delivery formats to optimising room and resource use and providing insights through reporting — no two days are the same.
You'll also provide high level administrative support to the Timetabling & Resource Coordinator, partnering with Managers to identify timetabling needs and support the smooth delivery of all student and teacher timetables
Some key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Reporting - help us understand patterns, capacity and improvements.
- Partnering with Managers and Education areas to build and maintain timetables.
- Developing and documenting efficient procedures for scheduling and bookings.
- Contributing ideas and solutions for bookable spaces and capacity management.
- Use multiple systems like CELCAT, TechOne (eCentral), Excel and other scheduling tools.

About You:
- You’re organised, adaptable, and love a good challenge.
- You’re approachable, articulate, and comfortable handling a range of enquiries
- You’re tech-savvy — comfortable working in Excel and navigating various systems.
- Scheduling experience is a bonus, but not essential — if you're fast-learning and detail focused, we’ll show you the ropes.
- Experience with CELCAT and eCentral / TechOne is highly regarded.

Salary Range:
$68,392 - $74,345 p.a (pro rata) + Superannuation
