The position is for a bright and IT savvy legal administrator who will join our very busy and dynamic boutique law firm located in Brunswick.
Both part time and full time positions are available.
The role includes being able to work off dictations, drawing court documents, court filing (usually on CMS), processing emails, answering phone calls, general trust accounting .
The IT software used at the Firm is Leap. A good level of IT skills including Microsoft outlook is required as well as good typing skills. Being able to touch time would even be preferred.
Work onsite is a pre-requisite. There is no provision for working from home.
The area of work is motor vehicle collision civil litigation dealing mainly in the Magistrates Court jurisdiction and some County Court work. Preference will be given to those with experience in motor vehicle collision damages recovery and the processing of claims.
The advertised salary is negotiable depending on the level of experience.
