The Company:
An Australian owned consultancy who specializes in workplace technology solutions across a range of industries are growing their Melbourne based team and looking for a Project Coordinator to assist with the sales and project processes / workload in a hybrid working capacity.
The Role:
Process and track sales orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate inventory supply with internal Operations and Logistics teams.
Support sales reporting, including performance analysis and forecasting.
Assist in preparing demonstrations and have direct client contact
Provide administrative support for company promotions
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in a project or sales or focused role in a similar environment
Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy
Collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a team
Excellent attitude and enthusiasm to grow your career within the business
