About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Project Coordinator to support the delivery of large-scale technology programs within a complex enterprise environment. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams—including Operations, Engineering, Release, and external suppliers—to ensure technical projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation.
• Coordinate deliverables across technical teams and stakeholders.
• Track project progress, identify risks/issues, and escalate where required.
• Maintain project documentation including reports, change requests, and meeting notes.
• Schedule and facilitate project ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Manage action items and ensure timely resolution.
• Support the implementation of project management tools and processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and align with business objectives.
• Coordinate testing and deployment schedules with commissioning teams.
• Assist with budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation as required.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in technical project coordination or support roles.
• Knowledge of technical project lifecycles (Planning, Design, Implementation, Transition, Operate & Maintain).
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, SharePoint, MS Project).
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Basic technical knowledge (Networking, OSI layers, network operations).
• Experience in Defence or Telecommunications projects is highly regarded.

Eligibility
