About QPro

About the Position
The Customer Service Officer contributes to the success and growth of the company by developing and maintaining strong client relationships and processing orders across all three sales channels – Retail, Trade and Reseller. Reporting to the Operations Manager at our Brendale sales office, you will work within a small, close knit team to increase sales opportunities, liaise with clients and actively contribute towards team targets, directly impacting the company’s goals and budgets.
Core duties include:
Identifying sales opportunities both within the existing customer base and to new clients
Ability to make and receive a high volume of phone calls to secure orders
Processing quotes and sales orders received through various channels
Providing technical information on the product
Receiving and investigating customer complaints, providing appropriate rectification and solutions
Liaise with the operations manager at the time of quotation to determine stock availability and potential lead times
Working closely with production, logistics, accounts and dispatch to provide a seamless customer experience
About You
To be successful in this role you will be a driven, customer focused individual with a high attention to detail. You will be positive, proactive and take ownership of your results. Strong organisational, administration and data entry skills are essential together with a sound understanding of business development. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor to a diverse audience and range of situations.
You will be proficient in the MS Office Suite, in particular MS Word, Excel and Outlook, and computer literate. Experience with MYOB Exo is advantageous but not necessary as full training will be provided. Ideally you will have strong experience in a high volume sales position and have the ability to package goods together to best meet the needs of our customers.
