Veterinary Client Success Associate – Remote | AU$75K Base + Up to $90K Performance Bonus

VetCheck is transforming veterinary practices with cutting-edge software that improves workflow, efficiency, and patient care. We’re seeking a Veterinary Client Success Specialist to onboard, train, and support vet clinics — helping them get the most out of our software.

Important: This is not a clinical role. Your veterinary experience helps you understand workflows, terminology, and clinic culture, but the work is fully focused on training, adoption, and client success.

What You'll Do

Deliver structured remote training and onboarding sessions with veterinary teams.

Lead interactive webinars to share best practices and software updates.

Leverage your understanding of clinic workflows and jargon to translate complex processes into clear training.

Build strong relationships with clinic teams and provide proactive follow-up support.

Track KPIs including session delivery, clinic adoption, and feedback scores to drive measurable outcomes.

Contribute ideas, resources, and training materials (guides, videos) to improve onboarding processes.

Who We're Looking For

Veterinary Knowledge: Clinic experience or familiarity with veterinary workflows and terminology.

Communication & Presentation Skills: Confident training and explaining complex concepts remotely.

Problem Solver: Addresses client questions, motivates busy clinics, and resolves issues independently.

Tech-Savvy: Quick to learn software and demonstrate it to others.

Performance-Oriented: Thrives on hitting KPIs and delivering measurable impact.

Experience: Customer success, SaaS onboarding, training, or account management preferred, but not required if you have veterinary knowledge.

Work independently: manage your calendar, prioritize tasks, and take ownership of outcomes.

Salary & Performance

Base: AU$75K

Performance Bonus: Up to AU$90K total achievable pay for meeting KPIs such as:

Number of online clinic sessions delivered

Clinic adoption within 20 days

Client feedback and satisfaction
