About the role
This is a full time role involving a mix of responsibilities. Running shifts and supporting the FOH operations, hosting duties, and sometimes running a section or floating across a 5 day roster including weekends..
Skills and experience
What we're looking for:
2 years experience in a similar role
The ability to work well in a team and as a leader.
A passion for food, beverage, and the industry as a whole.
Confident communication skills and an ability to remain cool under pressure.
Experience across a range of POS and reservations systems (we use Redcat and Seven Rooms).
The ability to delegate and be assertive.
