About the role

Evolve Early Learning Centre is seeking a passionate and experienced Diploma Assistant Educator to join our vibrant childcare team in Bligh Park, NSW. As a full-time role, you will be instrumental in providing high-quality care and education to our young learners, supporting their social, emotional and cognitive development through engaging and nurturing interactions.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting the lead Diploma Educator in planning and delivering a stimulating curriculum aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework
• Supporting children's learning and development through one-on-one and small group interactions
• Ensuring a safe, clean and well-organised environment that supports children's wellbeing and exploration
• Building strong relationships with children, families and the broader childcare community
• Actively participating in team meetings, training and continuous improvement initiatives
• Adhering to all centre policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

• A relevant Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care qualification
• A minimum of 2 years' experience working as an Assistant Educator in a long day care or outside school hours care setting
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
• A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to upholding the centre's values
• A current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate
