We’re seeking an experienced Accounting Manager—sharp, proactive, and quietly brilliant—to strengthen our team and drive great client outcomes. Key Responsibilities

Lead a defined client portfolio end-to-end: compliance, advisory, and strategic conversations that move the dial.

Deliver high-level advisory: proactive tax planning, business planning, restructures, Division 7A, FBT, and outsourced CFO for selected clients.

Manage and develop people: guide onshore and offshore teams; set clear standards; mentor senior and intermediate accountants.

Drive operational excellence: refine processes, enhance system utilisation, and embed best practice across the firm.

Contribute to innovation: play a key role in shaping how we adopt software, AI, and emerging technologies to deliver efficiency and streamline our service offerings.

Own results: accountability for portfolio profitability, WIP, recoveries, and client satisfaction.

What You Bring

8+ years’ post-qualification (CA/CPA) in business services and advisory.

Proven leadership whereby you set direction, coach effectively, and lift team performance across onshore and offshore teams.

Technical depth across complex tax and structuring, with sound commercial judgement.

Ability to influence clients with clarity and confidence being a skilled communicator, comfortable engaging with owners, boards, and stakeholders at all levels.

Analytical rigor and solutions focus, with integrity and discretion.

A genuine desire to partner with clients over the long term.
