About the Role

Due to significant business growth and the desire to break out into new markets, we are committed to maintaining this momentum through investment in new technologies. To support our efforts, we are seeking a hands-on and results-driven Marketing Specialist to execute our day-to-day marketing operations. This is a pivotal role focused on practical implementation across digital and social media platforms to directly attract and retain clients by events, campaigns, and partnerships

Key Responsibilities

This role is execution-focused and requires a versatile skill set to manage the following operational tasks:

Social Media & Content Management: Manage daily social media operations and create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu.

Digital Advertising Execution: Develop and monitor paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta, optimizing them based on performance data.

Design & Collateral Creation: Create marketing materials for digital and in-clinic use using design tools like Canva.

Client Engagement & Analysis: Organize client events, respond to online feedback, and compile weekly performance reports for management.

Collaboration & Coordination: Collaborate with the front desk and aesthetic specialists teams to ensure consistent messaging and engage the community in both English and Mandarin.

About You

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.

1-2 years of practical experience in a hands-on marketing or social media role. Experience in the beauty, wellness, or healthcare industry is highly regarded.

Experience with WordPress or Shazamme, Canva, Mailchimp or similar, and video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar)

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese is a plus).
