About the role

Thermal Airconditioning Solutions is seeking a permanent part/full-time Bookkeeper Receptionist to join our team in Tweed Heads, NSW. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the bookkeeping and reception duties for our medium size buisness. You will be supporting our customers and ensuring the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing

Providing professional and courteous reception services, including answering phone calls, greeting clients, and general office administration

Maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and managing accounts payable and receivable

Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and providing administrative support to the accounting team

Ensuring all bookkeeping and administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a similar bookkeeping or administrative role, preferably within the accounting or trade industry

Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate financial records

Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to liaise with a variety of account clients.

Proficiency in using accounting software, such as Xero, Excel, Payapps, Service mate, Hubdoc, and standard office software

A positive, proactive, and organised approach to work

A relevant bookkeeping or accounting qualification is highly desirable
