Now, we need a qualified and experienced Bookkeeper who thrives on precision, loves systems, and wants their work to have real impact. You’ll be the one keeping our financial engine running smoothly so our team can focus on changing lives.

What You’ll Do

Working closely with our internal Accountant/Financial Controller, you’ll handle the vital legwork that ensures our financial reporting is accurate and on time.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing day-to-day data entry and bookkeeping across multiple group entities.

Processing accounts payable and receivable, payroll, invoices, and reconciliations.

Keeping financial records organised, accurate, and up to date.

Preparing information for BAS, PAYG, Superannuation, and compliance

Supporting the Financial Controller in cash flow tracking, budgets, and trend monitoring to help inform leadership decisions.

Assisting with month-end and year-end processes.

Helping refine and improve financial systems and processes for growth.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications: Cert IV/Diploma in Bookkeeping or Accounting (or higher).

Experience: 3+ years of bookkeeping experience (multi-entity exposure highly valued).

Proficiency in MYOB (preferred), Xero.

Strong Excel skills.

A meticulous eye for detail and an organised, reliable approach.

A team player who enjoys working with accountants and leadership.
