Administrative Assistant/ Office support to our Asset Finance Team

About the Role:
Provide end-to-end administrative support between clients and the team
Liaise with clients to request and collect supporting documents, and offer ongoing support to new and existing clients
Perform accurate data entry into the CRM system
Manage and monitor the flow of applications between Sales, Credit, and Settlements
Coordinate and schedule internal team meetings (weekly, monthly, quarterly, or as requested)
Manage and organise Outlook calendars, email inboxes, and Office 365 tools
Assist with onboarding and communication for settled clients, including welcome emails and check-ins
Organise and maintain all files and records
Support Directors and staff with daily tasks
Ensure the office runs efficiently, with a strong focus on accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality
What We’re Looking For:
1–2 years’ experience in a professional office environment
(Administrative Assistant, Loan Processing, or Client Services role in finance, asset finance, or lending preferred but not essential)
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
A proactive and professional attitude with a strong client-first approach
