Our client is a passionate allied health team committed to helping children and families thrive. They are seeking a proactive and people focused Practice Manager to lead their administration team for a 12 month fixed term contract for maternity leave cover.

Location: 3 clinic locations across different suburbs. Flexible base location with requirement to visit each clinic at least fortnightly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate and manage a dynamic administrative team cross multiple locations
• Support with recruitment and onboarding of new administration staff
• Design and deliver ongoing professional development programs including 121 coaching, training and career pathway planning
• Oversee comprehensive calendar management systems to maximise booking efficiencies
• Implement and monitor administrative processes to streamline operations
• Foster a collaborative team culture that aligns with the organisation's values and strategic objectives

About You:

• Personable and professional, and have previous experience managing a team
• Experience within healthcare or allied health is essential
• Confidence with multitasking and calendar management oversight
• Positive, proactive attitude with genuine team collaboration
• Must have a Working With Children's Check and National Police Check (or be willing to obtain)
• Must have a valid drivers' license and access to own vehicle.
