The Role:
Working Monday - Friday, this is an opportunity for a Property Manager to manage a local portfolio with plenty of structure and support. You will be determined to provide a tailored, transparent, and accountable Property Management service that is second to none. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:
- Manage a pristine portfolio made up of 200 properties
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, and inquiries
- Attending to any repairs and maintenance
- Tribunal
- Arrears Control
- NO accounts and NO leasing
The Candidate:
To excel in this position, previous Property Management experience is a must, and a COR / Real Estate License qualification is required. A successful candidate will also possess:
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- The ability to provide a high level of service.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent people skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others
- The ability to work well in a team
