POSITION

Reporting to the Construction Manager, The Site Manager will play a key role in the success of our projects and leading our subcontractors. The successful person will be a confident Site Supervisor / Manager with experience in the Installation of HVAC Systems within the commercial Building and Construction Industry

Your main responsibilities will be focused the around the following key areas:

• Oversee & hands on installation and delivery of commercial HVAC projects
• Manage all on site contractors & sub contractors within the project time-line
• Co-ordinate and schedule project related tasks
• Work with the Project manager and Project Engineers
• Any & all relevant safety paperwork
• Regular on-site visits and inspections
• Provide high quality service to clients

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

To be considered for this position it is vital that you have the below experience:

• Proven track record of Site Management or Site Supervisor in either the HVAC construction and services industries with 5+ year's experience in a supervisory position
• Experience and ability to clearly demonstrate skills within the main responsibility points listed in the above JD
• Experience within Site Liaison and clear skill-set with communicating within various key personnel within the Construction Industry
• High presentation, attention to detail, and team player mentality
