With over 30 years in operation and a workforce of 150+, this civil and demolition contractor is well-established, delivering up to 10 major projects at a time.

They’ve invested heavily in tools, plant, and equipment – and now need a proactive Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations, ensuring the warehouse is well organised, assets are in good working order, and projects are fully equipped and supported.

The Role

• Supervise and coordinate a small warehouse team (3 warehouse support staff, & 2 mechanics)
• Oversee daily movement of tools, equipment, and mobile plant to multiple project sites
• Maintain stock, update warehouse systems, and ensure safe yard operations
• Test and assess all tools and equipment on return, identify issues, carry out minor fixes, or delegate repairs to the in- house mechanics.
• Communicate effectively with site teams, project managers, and senior leadership
• Hours: 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Essential Skills and Experience required:

• Knowledge of construction/demolition tools, equipment, and plant
• Background in hire yard, or warehouse operations, as Supervisor or Leading Hand
• Mechanical aptitude and confidence with operating a variety of power tools, and identifying minor repairs
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety
• Current driver’s licence (forklift licence highly regarded)
