Ferrari Logistics Australia (NSW Master License: 000 108 576) is opening a new bonded warehouse dedicated to General and Luxury goods. We’re seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead the daily operations and ensure strict compliance with Australian Border Force (ABF) regulations.

This role is ideal for a driven logistics professional with experience in high-security environments, bonded processes, and leadership in warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily inbound and outbound operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Oversee secure handling and storage of general & luxury goods

Coordinate with drivers, vault personnel, and ABF-compliance teams

Maintain inventory accuracy and system updates (e.g. SAP or WMS)

Ensure proper procedures for bond movements, customs clearance, and damage reporting

Lead a small team and manage workload allocation, training, and safety compliance

Enforce strict security protocols including vehicle loading/unloading procedures and site access control

Liaise with internal departments and clients to ensure service excellence

Key Requirements:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory warehouse/logistics role

Experience in bonded or secure facilities preferred

Sound knowledge of ABF regulations and bonded cargo movements

Current forklift licence (LF) and excellent operational skills

High attention to detail and accountability

Strong leadership and communication skills

Proficiency with WMS systems and MS Office
