What You’ll Be Doing

Managing funding processes (CCS, ACCS, ISS, KISS, Kindergarten) and compliance reporting

Overseeing budgets, payroll, fee processing, and debt recovery

Driving enrolments through tours, lead management, and re‑enrolment campaigns

Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and staff engagement initiatives

Coordinating events, marketing, and policy development

Visiting centres to support managers with occupancy growth and family onboarding

What You Bring

Diploma of Early Childhood Education (minimum)

3+ years in a leadership or senior admin role

Advanced Qikkids skills and CRM experience

Strong knowledge of funding processes, NQF, EYLF, VEYLDF, and compliance standards

Social media and marketing capability

Exceptional communication, adaptability, and leadership skills
