As the business continues to expand, an opportunity has arisen for an Accountant to join their finance team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate statutory compliance, reporting, and financial governance across a growing portfolio of entities.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and lodge FBT returns, TPAR, BAS, and support annual ASIC audit requirements
• Prepare P&L and balance sheet reconciliations, develop reporting frameworks, and provide insights to management
• Manage accounts receivable, oversee month-end cycles, reconcile related-party and director loan balances, and maintain suspense accounts
• Liaise with internal teams to process related-party transactions, drive process improvements, and maintain compliance documentation
• Prioritise tasks, maintain professional knowledge, and provide support to the broader finance function

About you:

• 2–4 years’ experience in business services/advisory and/or private clients
• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance or Commerce
• Strong understanding of taxation and statutory compliance requirements
• Solid Excel and reconciliation skills, with attention to detail
• CA/CPA qualified or working towards (preferred)
• Strong communicator with the ability to work across teams and with external stakeholders
• Proactive, organised, and able to meet strict deadlines
