As the business expands, an opportunity has arisen for an Accountant to join their Project finance team. This role offers broad exposure across the full development lifecycle from feasibility and funding through to settlement and post-completion activities.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare documentation for loan applications, drawdowns, and manage project securities including bank guarantees and bonds
• Coordinate valuation schedules, liaise with external valuers, and process related invoices
• Upload actuals, assist with re-forecasting, perform variance analysis, and support monthly/quarterly reporting cycles
• Track holding deposits, raise recoverable/tenancy invoices, reconcile outgoings, and maintain lease-related records
• Process acquisition and settlement journals promptly and accurately
• Document workflows, support automation, and contribute to operational efficiency
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project success

About you:

• 3+ years' experience in Business Advisory/Services or Private clients
• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Commerce or Finance
• Strong Excel skills; experience with accounting or project reporting systems
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage competing deadlines
• Confident communicator with both internal and external stakeholders
• CA/CPA qualified or working towards (preferred)
