We are now looking for a Customer Experience Officer to join our Filters Team and be the key to our premium customer experience. You'll need strong communication and organisational skills, to ensure a seamless and delightful experience for our customers!

About the role…

As a Customer Experience Officer, working in a supportive team, your main focus will include:

Engaging with customers across calls, emails, and text messages to schedule upcoming filter replacements, ensuring they continue to enjoy the benefits of clean, healthy water.

Advising customers on suitable subscription plans and payment options, guiding them to the best solution for their needs.

Processing payments accurately and securely, handling transactions with a high degree of professionalism.

Supporting the inventory team to coordinate and confirm the on-time delivery of filter replacements.

Maintaining data integrity by accurately managing customer information across a range of systems.

If you have relevant industry experience (like plumbing, water filtration, or utility operations), you'll be able to hit the ground running.
