Due to our rapid expansion, we are now looking for a Service Consultant to join our Service Team and be at the forefront of our growth. You'll need strong communication and organisational skills, to ensure a seamless and delightful experience for our customers!

About the role…

As a Service Consultant, working in a small, collaborative team, your main focus will include:

Customer Support: Assisting customers across calls, emails, and text messages.

Case Management: Guiding customers from their initial service request through to issue resolution.

Scheduling: Efficiently booking service technicians and managing calendars for timely service delivery across Australia.

Administrative Support: Maintaining data integrity across various platforms and handling invoicing and payments.

Continuous Growth: We provide ongoing skill development supported by your peers and manager.
