What You'll Be Doing

Painting interior and exterior surfaces on residential and commercial properties

Performing detailed surface preparation – washing, scraping, sanding, patching

Mixing and applying paints, varnishes, and other coatings to achieve high-end finishes

Using airless spray equipment (preferred but not essential)

Working safely at heights using ladders, scaffolding, or planks

Ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of tools and workspaces

Following OHS protocols and company procedures at all times

Working respectfully in environments involving children and vulnerable individuals

What You Need to Succeed

1. Minimum 2–3 years of professional painting experience

2. High standard of workmanship and pride in your finishes

3. Strong understanding of OHS requirements and safe work practice

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

5.Reliability, initiative, and a positive attitude

Required Licenses & Certifications

Driver’s License – Required

White Card (Construction Induction) – Required

Asbestos Awareness Certification – Required

First Aid Certificate – Required

Working with Children Check (WWCC) – Required

EWP/Yellow Card – Preferred
