We're a local house painting business based primarily in the Albury/Wodonga area, though we do travel to neighbouring suburbs. We're a friendly team dedicated to doing an excellent job, on schedule with minimum fuss for our clients.

We're big on team culture and regularly organise fun events, like paintball, bowling, camping, etc so that we can unwind after a big work season and have a bit of fun!

We also have performance bonuses available for every job for bringing in projects on budget and providing a great customer experience.

What We're Looking For

95% of our work is residential home repaints, so we're looking for painters, not only with experience in the residential side of things, but ones with excellent manners and customer service, as we are working in and around families and their living situation. Ideally 3+ years of painting experience,

Responsibilities

Prepare and paint residential (and occasionally commercial) interiors/exteriors

Maintain clean and organised work sites

Collaborate effectively with team members

Communicate professionally with clients

Requirements

Reliable transportation

White Card certification

Basic painting tools (for qualified painters)

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Attention to detail and pride in workmanship

Must have valid Australian work rights

Desirable (But Not Essential)

Painting qualifications or apprenticeships

Experience with spraying
