An exciting opportunity exists within the Coastline Holiday Group team, working in our absolute beachfront office .
Coastline Holiday Group is the new independent evolution of LJ Hooker Kingscliff Holidays, proudly continuing with the same strong local team on the Tweed Coast, and we're looking to grow!
We are seeking a young, driven applicant who would love to take this opportunity to either continue or enter the real estate industry.
As our Holiday Support Associate you will be the first impression of the business at reception and the initial point of contact for a team who are bringing a customer-centred approach to Real Estate.
You will meet and greet clients, provide after-hours support to our external call agency, showcase approachable attributes, have the ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced environment, and follow directions.
You will work directly with the holiday team, providing support daily with check ins guests and on longer term projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to after-hours client calls referred by our external call agency, attending only those requiring onsite support or where the agency is unable to assist. After-hours includes evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as needed. Training will be provided. (After hours compensation additional to salary)
• Answer all incoming calls and assist or direct as appropriate
• Manage all holiday guest check ins and check outs, take guest enquiry and bookings phone calls, offer assistance to the Holiday Team
• Assist as needed to support the Holiday Team and general day-to-day running of the business, including performing additional duties as requested or as responsibilities arise
• Undertake the Real Estate license traineeship in addition to work duties

Driver’s license, vehicle and lives locally
Additional Information:
This position is open to experienced applicants who already have obtained a Real Estate license, or to industry newcomers who can complete a traineeship on the job to obtain their NSW Real Estate licence.
This position will allow you to gain experience in Real Estate in a sought after area and will provide the opportunity to obtain a Real Estate Licence while working on the job.
The position is full time, 38 hours per week, 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday with some Saturdays required. Providing after-hours support as needed is essential.
