Join Our Client as an Order Entry & Support Associate

Looking for a role where you can make an impact, stay organised, and work with a supportive, high-energy team? Our client is seeking a motivated Order Entry & Support Associate to play a key role in keeping customer accounts running smoothly and ensuring orders are delivered on time.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the main point of contact for key accounts – build strong relationships and provide excellent support.
• Accurately process customer orders and manage the full order lifecycle.
• Keep customers informed on pricing, inventory, shipping, and promotions.
• Follow up on inquiries, solve problems efficiently, and ensure orders stay on track.
• Collaborate with Finance, Logistics, and Operations to maintain smooth workflows.
• Track, report, and suggest improvements to help the team succeed.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, order processing, or a similar support role.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, approachable style.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office; experience with order systems is a plus.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with Oracle or other order entry systems.
• Knowledge of B2B order administration.
• EDI experience.
