Job Overviews:

Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities effectively.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service.
Proficiency in property management software and booking platforms (or ability and willingness to learn) to effectively manage reservations, track guest information, and maintain property availability.
Familiarity with email communication tools for promptly responding to guest inquiries and managing correspondences.
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. A positive and friendly demeanour, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong knowledge of property portfolio and ability to thoroughly vet clients to ensure suitability for select property.
Experience in Travel or Hospitality industry beneficial.
Skills & Experience:
NSW Class 2 License or Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain one within the first two months of employment) required
Drivers license and own car
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Efficient and accurate data entry skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
A valid driver's license is required for the role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Meta, and social media platforms a plus
Experience in Agentbox, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe editor, video editing software are preferable but not essential
Previous experience in a real estate role is preferable but not essential
