Operations Coordinator position available | Range 70k-85k + super on offer | Full-Time Position | Hobart Based | Full Training Provided

Your new role
Day to day duties will include but not limited to:

Plan and coordinating work activities to ensure that all work is completed/delivered on time and in accordance with schedule requirements and client expectations

Liaise with existing and new commercial clients on major projects

Full account management including (bills, invoices, accounts receivable /payable etc) using our Xero system

Warehousing, logistic duties and inventory management on a daily basis

Preparing quotations for commercial and residential clients

Develop and maintain good relationships with both existing and potential clients, always promoting the positive image of the Company.

Be able to upsell when possible

Fantastic presentation phone manner

Provide strong customer service and be the first point of contact.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience as a coordinator/scheduler with warehousing experience in a similar industry or environment would be an advantage

Excellent organisational, time management, communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work under pressure and prioritise multiple tasks

Forklift license or the ability to obtain one

Ability to work autonomously or part of a small supportive team

Excellent communication skills and a positive demeanor

Be comfortable dealing with clients and technicians over the phone and face to face.

The drive and passion to deliver first class customer service

Strong computer skills

Have a proactive and helpful approach to tasks

Possess a strong commitment to safety, health & environment procedures

Current Drivers License

Australian citizenship
