Your Role in Our Success

As our Business Manager, you will be invited to not only manage but importantly to also lead, innovate, and contribute directly to our success. You will be the central pillar of our practice, working closely with the principals to shape a successful future. Your strategic and management oversight will span a number of key functions, including:

· Financial Leadership: Oversee all financial operations, from budgeting and reporting to payroll, with a focus on enhancing profitability and identifying new revenue streams.

· Operational Excellence: Lead the daily operations of the firm, implementing state-of-the-art office systems, and ensuring seamless business continuity.

· Strategic Growth: Champion our growth agenda through innovative business development, marketing initiatives, and nurturing key client relationships.

· Talent & Culture: Drive our human resources strategy, from attracting and retaining top talent to fostering a high-performing culture of engagement and professional development.

· Compliance & Governance: Ensure all legal and regulatory obligations are met, including Legal Practice Board requirements, trust accounting, and CPD standards.

· Technology & Innovation: Spearhead the adoption of new technologies and digital solutions to improve efficiency and elevate client service.
