About Us:

Perth Dental Implant Centre is a well-established and well respected dental implant clinic renowned for delivering exceptional implant solutions and patient care as well as educational programmes. We are excited to be relocating to a new facility in Applecross. This will be a combined general, cosmetic and Implant Dental Centre with an onsite laboratory and education centre. We have a huge space with lots of plans! As we grow, we are seeking a proactive and experienced individual to lead our team through this transition and beyond.

Position Summary:

The Practice Manager will be responsible for overseeing the smooth relocation process, daily operations, staff management, patient experience, and business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for healthcare excellence, team culture and practice expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the relocation and renovation process ensuring minimal disruption and a seamless transition

- Manage day-to-day clinic operations, staffing, and scheduling in the new location

- Develop and implement growth strategies to increase patient volume and revenue

- Enhance patient experience and retention through quality service and care

- Oversee compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies at the new site

- Monitor financial performance; oversee billing, collection, and budgeting

- Recruit, train, and motivate staff to align with our core values and growth objectives

- Coordinate marketing efforts to promote the new location and attract new patients

- Foster a positive, professional, and welcoming environment

Qualifications:

- Experience in healthcare practice management, ideally in dental or specialty clinics

- Strong leadership and organizational skills with a growth-oriented mindset

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of dental procedures and regulations is advantageous

- Proficiency with practice management and billing software
