Stratos Dermatology and Laser is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity to build a brand-new independent flagship practice within stunning, established premises in Claremont, Western Australia. Working closely with the practice principals, highly regarded locally-trained specialist dermatologists Dr Louise O’Halloran and Dr Sarah Page, our Practice Manager will be involved in all aspects of administrative and nursing staff recruitment, training and management, practice policies and processes, coordination of marketing and education activities, and driving the excellence of our service.

Ideally, you will have or intend to pursue formal qualifications in practice management. You will be highly professional with excellent communication skills and a strong focus on good patient experience.

Your past experiences that we regard as essential include:

Working in practice management in fast-paced, busy medical practice environments

Working extensively in direct patient- or customer-facing roles

Managing staff recruitment, orientation, training and performance

In addition, desirable past experiences include:

Working with patients, clients or customers with high levels of service expectation

Working in dermatology, plastic surgery and/or medical cosmetic clinics

Experience working with new and expanding businesses
