About the Role

We're on the lookout for an experienced Site Manager with solid experience in Remedial Building (especially concrete repair) and Façade Upgrade works. If you've also worked on combustible cladding replacement, that's a big bonus - and we'd love to hear from you!

This is a permanent, full-time role with long-term career opportunities. You'll kick things off managing a major, two-year façade upgrade project on Sydney's North Shore and work closely with the Senior Project Manager to deliver outstanding results.

Once that project wraps up? You'll roll straight onto the next exciting one. No downtime, just a solid future with a company that values its people.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A trade qualification - ideally as a Carpenter or Waterproofer
• 5+ years' experience in Site Management or Site Supervision across remedial building and façade upgrade projects
• Experience managing a team of 8-15 internal staff and a Leading Hand
• A proactive problem solver with strong planning and scheduling skills
• Confident communicator who can liaise clearly with PMs and senior leadership
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and drive safe work practices
• A valid White Card
• Full Australian working rights
