About the role

Graphic Packaging International Australia Converting Ltd. is seeking a skilled Diecutting Operator to join our team in Regents Park, NSW. As a full-time Diecutting Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing processes, ensuring the efficient and accurate production of our high-quality packaging solutions.

What you'll be doing

Operate and monitor diecutting machinery to cut and crease cardboard sheets into the desired shapes and designs

Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet strict standards

Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in the diecutting process

Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to all safety protocols

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing operation

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Diecutting Operator or in a similar manufacturing role

Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve machinery issues

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Good communication and collaboration skills

Familiarity with quality control processes and safety protocols in a manufacturing setting
