We’re now looking for a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team and play a key role in producing precision-engineered louvres. If you have experience with aluminium fabrication — and particularly with extrusion — we want to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

Operate CNC machinery to manufacture aluminium louvre components with precision

Perform basic machine maintenance, tool changes, and adjustments

Set up machines and make minor program corrections to ensure accuracy

Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Work with aluminium extrusions and other materials to meet production needs

Operate and support Elumatec machinery (milling & double head saws)

Collaborate with the production team to improve processes and efficiency

Keep a clean, safe, and organised work area, following all safety protocols

Shifts Available
Our CNC operation runs between 6:00am and 8:30pm with multiple shifts available to suit your lifestyle:

Morning shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm

Day shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm

Afternoon shift: 12:00pm – 8:30pm

What we’re looking for

Proven CNC machine operation experience (2–3 years preferred)

Ability to carry out basic machine maintenance, tool changes, setups, and program corrections

Previous experience with aluminium extrusion highly regarded

Experience with Elumatec machinery (milling & double head saws) highly valued

Ability to read and interpret technical/engineering drawings

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Good problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing requirements

Team player with good communication skills

Relevant trade qualification or similar experience in manufacturing/fabrication an advantage
