Our client, located in Revesby is a renowned Australian food manufacturer specialising in sauces, dressings, relishes, and mayonnaise, is looking for experienced Washbay Operators to join their dynamic team. Please note: this is not a warehouse role, this is a food manufacturing production role

Your Role:
As a Washbay Operator, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth production in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

Clean and sanitise production equipment, tools, and utensils

Operate pressure washers and other cleaning equipment

Maintain a clean and organised wash bay area

Safely handle and use cleaning chemicals

Complete cleaning logs and hygiene documentation

Report equipment faults or hygiene risks

Follow safety, hygiene, and GMP procedures

Assist with general cleaning or support tasks as needed

What We Are Looking For:

Previous experience in a cleaning, washbay, or food manufacturing role (preferred)

Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards (GMP knowledge)

Ability to work safely with cleaning chemicals and PPE

Good attention to detail and cleanliness

Physically fit – able to stand, lift, bend, and move equipment

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team

Basic English skills for reading procedures and completing records
