At Woodlink we provide joinery for residential homes. We design, manufacture, deliver and install.

We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join our small friendly team.

In this role, you will:

Operate CNC and edge banding machinery efficiently

Interpret cutting lists and production drawings

Load and unload materials, ensuring correct part allocation

Conduct quality checks on machined components

Assist in material preparation and coordination for upcoming jobs

Follow production schedules and collaborate with team members to meet deadlines

Maintain a safe working environment through the correct operation of all tools and specialised equipment

Maintain general maintenance of machines and tools

Uphold shop-floor cleanliness - maintain a clean and safe workshop environment adhering to safety guidelines

Any reasonable request from factory manager

Requirements:

Essential - strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Must be experienced using CNC and Edge Banding machinery

Ability to follow production documentation and cutting lists

Good communication and teamwork skills

Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and equipment

Experienced Cabinet Maker (preferred)

Forklift Licence (or willingness to obtain)

Professional and friendly attitude
