Ventia's Inventory Support Officer will support inventory processes that underpin the maintenance and repair of Ventia's Rig and Well Services operations across Australia.
About the Role
As an Inventory Support Officer, you'll play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of inventory-related paperwork, maintaining records, and supporting strategic stocking and cost control initiatives. You'll collaborate with field-based inventory staff and stakeholders to drive improvements in materials management.
This role is based in our Toowoomba office, working Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities
- Process delivery manifests, stock issues, and material transfers with precision and efficiency
- Maintain accurate inventory records and provide timely reporting to support business goals
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth inventory operations
- Ensure correct cost code allocation in the ERP system in line with governance frameworks
- Uphold company values and contribute to a safe, inclusive, and high-performing workplace
